How long will it take for my watch to arrive?


All watches are built to order and usually take 3-5 weeks to ship. Each watch is meticulously crafted in our facility so we hope you understand that delivery times can vary. You will be contacted with an update on your order when it is received and before it ships.




What are the shipping costs?


Shipping within the USA is free. International shipping is an additional $40 charge. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees that customs authorities in the destination countries may apply.




What is the return policy?


Watches may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. Refunds will only be issued to watches in new, undamaged, resalable condition with all original packaging and protective coverings still intact on the watch. Domestic customers should contact us for a free return shipping label. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs.




What is the warranty?


All of our watches are covered by a two year warranty. We will repair or replace any issues with the watch if they arise. The warranty does not cover watches that have been damaged by mishandling, accidents, or have been opened or serviced by anyone other than Pelton. Please read below regarding questions of refinishing and waterproofing.




Can I swim with my watch?


Our watches are tested to a depth rating of 10 ATM = 330 feet. This means that you use the watch in everyday situations where water is present and you may use the watch for casual swimming. We do not recommend you go recreational diving with our watches as this is not covered by the warranty. If you plan on swimming with the watch after the two year warranty period, we recommend you send the watch in for servicing every two years to make sure all seals are up to spec and the watch passes our rating test.




Can you refinish my watch back to factory spec?


We offer refinishing services on all of our watches. These services are not covered by our two year warranty. Our Perseus collection can be refinished up to 3 times depending on the condition of the watch. We do not advise having a third party refinish our watches because of the special tooling and practices that we use to obtain our unique finish.




What is the cost of refinishing?


Pricing for refinishing varies based on model and component. Please contact us with your specific requests.




Can you size my bracelet before the watch ships?


Yes, we can size your bracelet before the watch ships. At checkout there is a box to fill in your wrist size if this is something you'd like us to do. All additional links and screws will also be shipped with the watch.





Shipping


All orders will ship within 2 days of the order being placed if the sunglasses/leather goods are in stock. All sunglasses or orders over $100 ship free via UPS ground in the continental USA. International orders are subject to the shipping rate as disclosed on the check out page. International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be charged by their customs.




Returns


Sunglasses may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. Refunds will only be issued to sunglasses in new, undamaged, resalable condition with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you would like to return your sunglasses please contact us by phone or email for further instructions.




Warranty


All of our sunglasses are covered by a one year warranty against any manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace any sunglasses that do not meet our strict manufacturing guidelines. All leather goods including wallets and watch straps are not covered by any warranty.




Tracking my order


You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order. Once your order ships we will send you another email that will have your items tracking information.
